Hi! I’m Lizzie Swartz, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist.

I offer holistic healthcare services to guide you towards your health goals. My style is intuitive, gentle, and honors your body’s deep wisdom.

Services include acupuncture, herbal medicine, TCM Dermatology, facial acupuncture, energy work, Daoist stone medicine, cupping, and microneedling.

TCM Dermatology supports people experiencing skin conditions like acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and perioral dermatitis. Treatments are primarily through herbal medicine, though sometimes acupuncture is included.

  • No. I’m considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.

    That said, I’m happy to provide a super bill (an itemized receipt with diagnosis codes) that you can submit to your insurance company. Please note, most insurance companies will only cover certain pain conditions (like neck pain or back pain), and insurance reimbursement rates vary widely based on your plan and your condition. I can't guarantee any reimbursement for services.

    I help improve people’s skin by supporting their digestion, immune function, sleep cycles, energy levels, hormonal regulation, and mood.
